FHA and HUD Final and Foundation Certification Reports:

If you are purchasing a home with a FHA or HUD mortgage, they will require a licensed professional engineer to perform an inspection to certify the foundation or structural problem. 

We will inspect the permanent foundation per FHA and HUD guidelines.

FHA & HUD Final Construction Certification:

We will inspect the new home and certify that it was built per FHA and HUD guidelines.

Structural Foundation Certifications and Inspections:

We are also licensed Professional Engineers.  We perform structural evaluations and permanent foundation and structural certifications.  Call or email us today for your inspection.  We can usually certify these inspections within 1-3 days.

Licensure:

We are licensed Professional Engineers.  We are also licensed by FHA and HUD, #H208.
