RADON
Test for presence - $40 per test (avg. size home
requires 1 test)
Note: The results of this test take at least 1 ½
weeks for results.
LEAD
Test for lead from paint - $15
Test for lead in water -

Approximately 3-5 areas can be
swabbed with one test.
ASBESTOS
Test for presence of asbestos - $35
Note: 72 hours
