The Hall Engineering GUARANTEE to our clients:

We guarantee we will find a sufficient amount of needed repairs with the dwelling or building to be inspected to provide a positive return on the inspection fee.  If we do not a sufficient amount of need repairs, we will refund you the difference. 

For example, if you pay $200 for an inspection, we will find at least $200 in items needing repair, replacement, or has the potential to be damaging (estimate will be based as if damaged) to the components within the home or building.  If we find only $100 worth of items needing repair/replacement, we will refund you $100. 

That is our guarantee.  No other inspector offers that.

The estimated prices of repairs include parts and labor from an average pool of laborers.   Even if the item or home is under warranty, the observed repairs are included if not brought up prior to beginning the inspection.  Any item found which compromises safety immediately fulfills this guarantee.  Home and/or appliance efficiency is also included and if found to not be working as intended, the guarantee is fulfilled.
