- Experience
Along with being an inspector, Justin constructs his own homes using his own hands and his experience in construction, roof repair, pool equipment, spas/hot tubs, various mechanical systems, plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems, installing and repairing sprinkler systems, and alarm systems allows him to fully understand the complexities of these systems. Our reports also include potential problems with these systems.
- Efficiency and Safety
We recognize areas which lack efficiency and present ideas to the homeowner for correction. Safety concerns are always included in the report and suggestions offered to eliminate hazards. For an additional fee we can do an efficiency analysis of your home.
- Reports
Our inspection reports are professionally typed and contain detailed findings, including general information to fully inform the future homeowner of the house. Many pictures are included within the report to support findings. See our recent comments on our reports.
